Georgia Dabritz - University of Utah
Georgia is a freshman at the University of Utah, attending on a full athletic scholarship for gymnastics.
She began competing as a Level 5 gymnast at Ace when she was 6 years old, quickly moved up the levels to compete as a Level 10 and as an international elite.
Georgia competed 2 years at the VISA Championships, the national championships for the international elite level, finishing 7th on uneven bars in 2009 and 11th all around in 2010.
In 2011 Georgia competed as a Level 10, becoming the all around champion for Massachusetts and for Region 6, and then at Junior Olympic National Championships winning 2nd place on Vault, 1st place on Floor Exercise, Uneven Bars and the All Around!
• The Utah gymnastics team first competed in 1976. Since then, Utah is the only team to qualify to every National Championship (36), winning 10 times, placing in the top-3 22 times and never finishing lower than 10th.
• Utah’s overall regular and postseason record includes 952 wins - 174 losses - 6 ties.
• Utah gymnastics set the longest regular season home win streak of any NCAA sport - 23 years (1979-2002) and 170 meets.
